You will need to download This following  files, that only take up about 20 kb per program. It opens in a zip folder. Here are the Download files

  1. Windows 7 Theme
  2. Icon Tweaker
  3. Taskbar Shuffle
  4. Aero Shake
  5. Aero Snap
  6. Drive Icons
  7. Show Desktop

These are all the files you need to Make your xp or vista computer look like Windows 7, but for the last download you will need a program called WinRAR. (Download WinRar Software)
